1. 16+ Supported Living – Support Worker
Location: London | Hours: Flexible / Full-time / Part-time
Role Overview:
Support young people in a safe, nurturing environment, helping them develop life skills, independence, and confidence. You’ll work closely with children, families, and professionals to deliver care in line with individual plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a Key Worker, following care and support plans
Maintain daily routines and positive boundaries
Support young people’s health, wellbeing, and social development
Facilitate activities and encourage independence
Contribute to assessments, reviews, and team meetings
Participate in sleep-ins, weekends, and waking night duties
Requirements:
Passion for helping young people
Ability to work flexible hours
Willingness to complete training and Level 3 Diploma if required
2. Team Leader – Children’s Home
Team Leader – Children’s Home
Location: London | Hours: Full-time
Role Overview:
Lead and support a team of Support Workers to deliver excellent care in line with Ofsted regulations. Ensure children and young people receive the best possible support, while coaching and developing staff to grow in their roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Registered Manager and deputise as required
Lead, mentor, and supervise staff to achieve high-quality care
Oversee care planning, Positive Behaviour Support, and daily operations
Maintain regulatory compliance and quality standards
Foster positive relationships with families, professionals, and communities
Strong knowledge of safeguarding, legislation and Ofsted and CQC standards
Requirements:
Minimum 1-year experience working with children/young people with emotional or behavioural challenges
Experience in staff leadership, coaching, and supervision
Strong knowledge of safeguarding, legislation, and Ofsted standards
Flexible, proactive, and person-centred approach
